$4,500 Health Care Benefit, Life Insurance equal to twelve months of wages, Disability insurance (60% of weekly earnings), Possible enrollment in 403(b) program- up to 25% of yearly income; matching funds available up to 5%.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
1. Contact the administration of your interest by email
2. Submit a BTCS application (see below)
3. Receive an application submission acknowledgement by email within 5-7 business days
4. Contacted by email or phone to set up an interview appointment (considering job openings)
5. Meet with the administration and tour the facility
6. Will receive a contract draft (if moving forward)
7. Submit name and email for a background check
8. A contract will be offered and signed (if moving forward)
