Please familiarize yourself with the forms below about our school. Speed up the admissions process by completing the forms and bringing them to your interview.
Submit all Application Forms along with the non-refundable application fee to the School Office.
The Administration will review the forms along with your child's academic history.
Placement testing may be advised. If so, the office will notify you the next step in the process.
Once your child is accepted, your personalized payment plan will be set up with the Business Office.
Your child's enrollment is confirmed once you have received an acceptance letter.

Class Day: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Before School Care: 6:55 am - 8:30 am
After School Care: 3:45 pm - 6:00 pm
School Office Hours: 8:15 am - 4:15 pm
